Joe Wicks served up tasty BBQ butternut squash quesadilla with homemade guacamole on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: ½ small butternut squash, peeled and chopped, ½ avocado, de-stoned, 2 spring onions, finely sliced (green bits and all), Juice of 1 lime, Salt and pepper, ½ tbsp coconut oil, 1 clove garlic, finely sliced, ½ x 400g tin of black beans, drained and rinsed, 1 tbsp barbecue fajita seasoning, 2 flour tortillas, 30g cheddar and 2 drizzles of barbecue sauce.
