Catherine Tyldesley Tandoori salmon with cauliflower rice recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Catherine Tyldesley served up tasty tandoori salmon with cauliflower rice on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the tandoori salmon: 4 salmon fillets, 1tsp garamond masala, 1tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated or ground ginger, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced, 1 ½ tsp chilli powder, 1tsp turmeric, 1tsp ground coriander, 2tsp tomato puree and 4tsp natural yogurt.

For the cauliflower rice: 1 cauliflower leaves and stalk removed, 1tbsp coconut oil vegetable oil or butter, 1tsp ground cumin, 1tsp turmeric, Salt and pepper to taste and 2tbsp fresh coriander, chopped roughly.
