James Martin makes a chilli and tomato pizza and a lobster calzone pizza using double zero flour as part of his Homemade Take Outs segment on today’s episode of James Martin: Home comforts.
James’s ingredients includes a habanero chilli to give a little extra heat, mozzarella cheese, double zero flour, sugar, pinch salt, dried yeast, and Italian plum tomato.
The Saturday Kitchen chef says: “This recipe makes enough dough for two pizzas and two lobster filled calzones. Take your pick! The dough is left to prove overnight for extra flavour.”
