Ulrika Jonsson served up a delicious Swedish dark chocolate cake with pistachio nuts and lightly whipped cream on today’s episode of Lorraine.
the ingredients: 100 – 150g pistachio nuts, shelled and peeled, 225g 70% dark chocolate, broken into squares, 225g unsalted butter, 4 large eggs, 200g caster sugar, 170g plain Flour and 1 tsp baking powder.
To serve: Lightly whipped cream mixed with a little vanilla sugar.
