James Martin served up a curry delight on today’s Saturday Kitchen live. The masterchef made a buttered chicken curry to a recipe he borrowed from friend for special guest actress Jodie Whittaker.
Pieces of succulent chicken thighs are marinated in a wonderfully fragrant and authentic sauce. Once marinated, the chicken is roasted in the oven until tender.
The master chef then made a curry sauce with Indian spices and herbs that combines beautifully to finish this buttery aromatic curry.
