John Torode served up tasty pork ribs with chicken wings on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients: 2kg of Pork Belly Spare Ribs a good inch thick, 200mls Oyster sauce, 200mls Dark Soy Sauce, 200gr Soft Brown Sugar, 200mls Shao Shing wine (or use sherry), Water to cover meat, 100gr hunk of Ginger (sliced, skin left on), 2 cloves of Garlic, 4-8 Star Anise (Optional), 1 Stick Cinnamon and 12 chicken wings.
