Clodagh McKenna serves up delicious whiskey smokey cocktails on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 4 ozs Irish whiskey (smokey), 4 dashes of Angostura bitters, 70ml sugar syrup, juice of 1 lemon, juice of ½ orange + orange zest, ice cubes, 2 egg whites and 2 slices of orange.
