Chris Bavin served up tasty wholemeal savoury crepes (pancakes) with vegetables on Eat Well for Less?
The ingredients for the pancakes: 150g wholemeal plain flour, 1 large free-range egg, 375ml semi-skimmed milk, 1 tbsp rapeseed oil and salt.
For the toppings, 150g light mature Cheddar, grated, 400g sweetcorn, from a tin or frozen and defrosted, 400g carrots, peeled and finely grated, 400g courgette, finely grated and 400g lean wafer thin ham, shredded.
