Jamie Oliver served up delicious boozy pears with chocolate sauce, hazelnuts, Armagnac and vanilla ice cream on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food.
Ingredients are: 40 g blanched hazelnuts, 1 x 410 g tin of pear halves , in juice, 50 ml Armagnac, 50 g dark chocolate , (70%) and 4 large scoops of vanilla ice cream.
