Jamie Oliver boozy pears with chocolate, hazelnuts and vanilla ice cream recipe on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food

Jamie Oliver served up delicious boozy pears with chocolate sauce, hazelnuts, Armagnac and vanilla ice cream on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food.

Ingredients are: 40 g blanched hazelnuts, 1 x 410 g tin of pear halves , in juice, 50 ml Armagnac, 50 g dark chocolate , (70%) and 4 large scoops of vanilla ice cream.
