Mary Berry served up a delicious chocolate cappuccino tart with digestive biscuits on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking.
The ingredients are: 50g dark chocolate, broken into pieces, 75g butter and 15 digestive biscuits, finely crushed.
For the filling: 350g dark chocolate, broken into pieces, 100g butter, 1 heaped tsp instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 tsp boiling water, 250ml double cream and 200g full-fat crème fraîche.
To decorate: 150ml double cream, lightly whipped and chocolate shavings or coarsely grated chocolate.
