Omelette Arnold Bennett is a dish that James Martin learnt to make thanks to his grandfather and today’s the master chef puts his own spin on the classic recipe on James Martin: Home Comforts.

The dish was invented at the Savoy for a well know writer – Arnold Bennett – and since then it has never been off the menu at the famous London hotel.

Omelette Arnold Bennett is a mix of smokey haddock, creamy eggs and salty cheese combine to produce a very tasty dish.
