James Martin serves up a delicious looking meat pie using skirt of beef from a farmer who is producing the highest quality salt marsh beef in the country.
James says; “Slow cooked beef makes a wonderful filling for pie. Prepare the meat stew ahead and assemble the pie when you’re ready to cook it.”
His ingredients for the beef and mustard pie dish includes: vino wine, beef stock, onions, carrots, thyme and salt and pepper for seasoning.
