James Martin serves up a cream chicken and wild mushroom pie for a lazy winter’s day meal on today’s episode of James Martin Comforts.

James’s says about his dish: “It’s a one pot wonder that takes minutes to make.”

In making his cream chicken and wild mushroom frying pan pie, James decides to save time on the washing up by baking a creamy chicken pie in the pan used to make the filling. You could use a pie dish though if you prefer.
