James Martin served up delicious French Madeleine cakes with a dark chocolate dipping sauce and fresh strawberries on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tbs runny honey, 225g melted butter, 2 eggs, 250g plain flour, 250g caster sugar, ½ a vanilla pod and extra caster sugar for dusting.
For the chocolate dipping sauce: 150g dark chocolate and 100ml sugar stock syrup.
