Paul Ainsworth served up a tasty cranberry and sage stuffing for the festive season on The Best Christmas Food Ever.
The ingredients are: 200g butter, 500g finely sliced white onions, few sprigs thyme, leaves only, rosemary sprig, leaves only, 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 bay leaf, 300g sourdough bread (day-old or stale), breadcrumbed, 150g dried cranberries, 15g freshly chopped sage, 30g freshly chopped parsley, 1 lemon, juice and zest, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
