Catherine Fulvio served up a tasty lemon prawn gratin recipe on The Best Christmas Food Ever.

The ingredients are: 100g smoked bacon, finely diced, 20 king prawns, peeled, tails left on, 60g butter, softened, 2 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 red chilli, seeds removed, chopped, 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, 1 lemon, juice and zest, 2–3 drops (or to taste) Tabasco sauce, 100g baby spinach, 100g fresh breadcrumbs, 50g grated Parmesan, sea salt and 1 lemon, sliced, to serve.
