Gino served up a tasty spaghetti al peperoncino (spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, chilli and parsley) on Gino’s Italian Coastal Escape.
The ingredients are: 500g dried spaghetti, 100ml extra virgin olive oil, 1 large bunch of parsley, stalks removed, leaves finely chopped, 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced, 2tsp chilli flakes and 1 fresh red chilli, finely sliced – seeds left in.
