Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp served up a tasty spiced cider apple sauce on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas.

The ingredients include: 4 to 6 medium size Bramley apples, 300ml vintage cider, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, nob of butter, 3 cloves, pinch of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp mixed spice and 2 to 3 tsp demerara s sugar.
