Gino D’acampo served up a tasty crab with cherry tomatoes, olives and prosecco linguine pasta on Gino’s Italian Coastal Escape.
The ingredients are: 100g linguini, 2tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced, ½ red chilli, finely chopped, 100g red cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 1 lemon, zest only, 75ml-100ml prosseco, 180g fresh white crab meat, 60g pitted green olives, cut in half and Bunch of parsley, roughly chopped.
