James Martin Yorkshire Brack recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious Yorkshire brack fat-less sponge cake with cherries and tea on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 00ml strong Yorkshire tea, hot, 200g raisins, 100g glace cherries, chopped, 150g mixed peel, 200g dark brown soft sugar, 225g self-raising flour, 1 tsp mixed spice, ½ tsp baking powder and 1 egg.

To serve: 2 tablespoon runny honey and Butter to spread.
