Parveen Ashraf chicken masala curry recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Parveen Ashraf served up chicken masala curry with naan bread on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 3 medium sized chicken fillets (1 kg approx), 2 medium sized onions, thinly sliced, 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 6 cloves of garlic, crushed, 6 tbsp of vegetable oil, 2 tsp chilli powder, 2tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2cm cube fresh root ginger, grated, 2 tsp salt and 3 tbsp of fresh coriander (stalk and leaves).
