John Torode served up spicy tofu with chilli sauce and black-eyed pea salsa on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 0g whole white peppercorns, 20g Maldon salt, 90g cornflour, 30g plain flour, 10g chilli powder, 100g garlic bulbs, Oil for deep frying, 300g firm tofu, cut into the size of a small match box, and kept wet and 50g fresh coriander, leaves picked.
