Phil Vickery served up a tasty summer prawn and basil pasta with lobster and spinach on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 small shallots, finely sliced, 300ml strong fish stock, 250g raw peeled prawns, 150ml double cream, 100g baby spinach, 100g spirali pasta, cooked in boiling water until al dente, 100g frozen peas, 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil, 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, Squeeze of lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
