The bikers served up traditional Dutch lazybones buns on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 50g caster sugar, 50g butter, cut into cubes, 150ml milk, 1 x 7g sachet of fast-action dried yeast, 375g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting, ½ tsp fine sea salt, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 lemon, zest finely grated, 1 large egg, beaten, 125g raisins or 100g raisins and 25g currants, sunflower oil, for greasing, butter and syrup or honey, to serve.
