Anthony Costa served up a tasty and healthy chicken, sweet pepper and mange tout stir-fry with almonds made with Linia Patel’s recipe on Get a Holiday Body.
The ingredients are: 1 pack sweet peppers (red, yellow, orange), (115g) mange tout, 8 spring onions, (110g) broccoli florets, 1-2 cloves garlic, 1/2 inch grated ginger, 1 tablespoons sesame seed oil, 1 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce and (25g) flaked almonds.
