Jamie Oliver served up a delicious fruit carpaccio with pineapple, blueberries, mint, lime and yoghurt on Jamie’s Quick & Easy Food.
The ingredients: 1 bunch of fresh mint , (30g), 1 ripe pineapple, 100 g blueberries, 4 tablespoons Greek-style coconut yoghurt and 1 lime.
