James Martin served up roast lamb with gnocchi and asparagus on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 lamb loin, Salt and pepper and 25g butter.
For the gnocchi: 4 large floury potatoes, baked, riced, 75g 00 flour, 1 egg yolk, 25g grated Parmesan, Salt and pepper, 200g asparagus, 25g butter and 25ml water.
To serve: 1 small bunch mint, chopped, ½ bunch parsley, chopped and 25g Parmesan.
