James Martin served up a tasty Italian mozzarella sandwiches with arrabiata sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 slices white sliced bread, 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 2 balls mozzarella and 9 basil leaves.
For the sauce: 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 2 tomatoes, chopped, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 50ml olive oil, Salt and pepper, 1 small bunch basil, shredded and Vegetable oil for frying.
To serve: grated Parmesan.
