The ingredients are: 250g spaghetti, 400g clams, 400g cockles, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 garlic cloves chopped, 100ml white wine, 1 red chilli, diced, 1 lemon, juice and zest and 1 small bunch parsley, chopped.
