Gok Wan served up tasty Chineese king prawns with cashew nuts and noodles for a makeover takeaway on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced, Fresh ginger, peeled and finely sliced, 1 white onion, diced, 300g fresh raw king prawns, butterflied, Cucumber, seeds removed and cut diagonally, Celery, shave the outside with potato peeler cut diagonally, Any green veg of your choice: peas, mange tout, green beans, 2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp light soy, Fish stock, White pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil, Handful raw cashews, Red chilli, diced and Spring onion, finely sliced.
To serve: Fresh parsley/coriander/fresh watercress, Serve on a bed of rice or toss through cooked egg noodles before serving.
