James Martin served up a tasty chicken with tarragon cream, white wine and mustard casserole on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 x 1.5 kilo corn-fed chicken, cut into 8 pieces, 400ml double cream, 100ml white wine, A few sprigs of fresh tarragon, 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, 25ml olive oil and Salt and pepper.
