Mary Berry wild mushroom galettes recipe

Mary Berry served up a tasty wild mushroom galettes on today’s episode of Classic Mary Berry.

The ingredients are: 500g block ready-made puff pastry, plain flour, for dusting, 1 free-range egg, beaten, 3 tbsp sunflower oil, knob of butter, 1 large garlic clove, crushed, 250g chestnut mushrooms, quartered, 250g large flat mushrooms, cut into 8 wedges, 250g mixed wild mushrooms such as oyster and shitake, sliced, 400g full-fat crème fraîche, 50g Parmesan or alternative vegetarian hard cheese, finely grated, ½ lemon, juice only, finely chopped flatleaf parsley, to garnish, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
