James Martin Japanese sea bass with lobster tail and tofu recipe

James Martin served up a tasty Japanese sea bass with lobster tail, tofu and vegetable broth on James Martin’s American Adventure.

The ingredients are: 10g miso, 750ml water, 3 sheets dried kombu, 1 lemongrass stalk, 10cm knob ginger, 200g enoki mushrooms, 100g oyster mushrooms, 2 black radish, 1 small bunch broccollini, 2 pak choi, halved lengthways, 2 seabass, halved, 1 lobster tail, halved, 300g tofu, 1 small bunch of Vietnamese coriander, 50ml soy sauce and 25ml mirin.
