Michael Caines is one of Britain’s most acclaimed chefs and in 2007 he was announced as the AA Chef’s Chef of the Year. In 2006 Michael was awarded an MBE.
Michael made a name for himself as a result of his signature style of cuisine that is at once modern, based on the finest local and regional produce and ingredients, and rooted in classic cooking techniques and traditions.
Today the highly decorated chef comes to The Taste kitchen to get the remaining cooks to bake a pie to excite his taste buds.
After tasting the three best pies presented to him by the Taste coaches, it was Debbie’s Chicken and Curry pie that impressed the master chef most.
