Nigel Slater served up a tasty Turkish mussels pilav/pilaf with orzo and Turkish rice on Nigel Slater’s Middle East.
The ingredients are: 250g baldo rice, 30g butter, 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp orzo (or arpa sehriye), 500ml chicken stock, 500g mussels, scrubbed and debearded and 30g fresh dill, roughly chopped.
