James Martin served up a delicious white chocolate and flambe banana cheesecake with whiskey and toffee sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the filling: 200g caster sugar, 1 lemon juice and zest, 4 tbsp cornflour, 850g full fat cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, 375ml double cream, 300g bananas, sliced and 150g white chocolate.
For the caramelised bananas: 25g butter, 200g caster sugar, 25ml whiskey, 200ml double cream and 4 bananas peeled and cut into half.
