James martin served up a delicious Monkey bread with spiced apples and pears fro the festive season on Saturday Morning with James Martin.
The ingredients are: 300ml milk, warm, 500g strong white bread flour, 1 egg, 75g caster sugar, 5g salt and 2tsp yeast.
For the coating: 250g Demerara sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon and 200g butter melted.
For the filling: 25g butter, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 apples, cored and sliced, 2 pears, cored and sliced, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ¼ tsp ground cloves, 50ml water, 50g caster sugar and 50ml brandy.
