Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty linguine with pesto, green beans and capers dish on Gino’s Italian Coastal Escape.
The ingredients are: 70ml extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 1 large garlic clove, peeled and halved, 50g pine nuts, 60g large fresh basil leaves, 70g freshly grated pecorino cheese, 50g capers, drained and chopped, 500g dried linguine, 150g fine green beans, trimmed and halved, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
