Matt Tebbutt fishcakes and crushed peas recipe on Save Money: Good Food

Matt Tebbutt served up fishcakes with salmon, sauteed potatoes and crushed peas on Save Money: Good Food.

The ingredients for the fishcakes are: 400g potatoes, peeled and chopped into similar sizes,
2 x tins of Tuna / Salmon (around 300g of fish in total), drained, 2 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped, 100g frozen spinach, thawed and chopped, 50g Rice Krispies, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1 egg, Oil for cooking and Salt and pepper.
