Mary Berry served up a gooseberry fool British pudding with elderflower and honey biscuits on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.
The igredients are: 500g gooseberries, topped and tailed, 100g caster sugar, 3 tbsp elderflower cordial, 200g double cream, 100ml thick Greek-style yoghurt or crème fraîche and fresh mint sprigs, to decorate (optional).
