Mary Berry raspberry tartlets with creme patissiere recipe on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets

Mary Berry served up raspberry tartlets with creme patissiere on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.

The ingredients for the pastry are: 175g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 2 tbsp icing sugar, 100g butter, chilled, cut into small pieces and 1 free-range egg, beaten.

For the creme patissiere: 150ml whole milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 25g caster sugar, 25g plain flour, 1 free-range egg and 75ml double cream.

For the topping: 4 tbsp raspberry jam and 450g raspberries.
