Gino served up honey drizzle chargrilled chicken with rosemary and Italian style potatoes on Gino’s Italian Coastal Escape.
The ingredients for the chicken are: 3 Lemons, 25g Salted Butter, 2 Tablespoons Runny Honey, 1 Garlic Clove, Peeled & Crushed, 2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary Leaves, 8 Chicken Drumsticks.
For the potatoes: 2 Large Potatoes, Peeled & Cut Into 2cm Chunks, Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste.
