Paul Ainsworth served up a South Africa bobotie dish on Royal Recipes.
The ingredients are: butter, for greasing, 400ml full-fat milk, 50g fresh white breadcrumbs, 4 large free-range eggs, beaten, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1kg lamb mince, 2 onions, finely chopped, 1 bay leaf, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 tbsp madras curry paste, 250ml lamb stock, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp mango chutney, 50g raisins, 50g dried apricots, chopped and 1 tbsp cider vinegar.
