Paul Hollywood served up baklava spirals with walnuts and lemons on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g unsalted butter, melted, 200g walnuts, finely chopped, 2 tbsp caster sugar and 10 sheets of filo pastry (380g).
For the syrup: 100g caster sugar, Finely grated zest of 1 lemon juice of ½ lemon and 50g runny honey 100ml water.
For the topping: Rose petals and figs.
