Rick Stein served up cotoletta alla Bolognese with veal cutlets, Parma ham and Parmesan cheese on Rick Stein’s Long Weekend.
The ingredients include: flour, eggs, oven dried breadcrumbs, olive oil, Param ham, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, chicken stock and veal cutlet.
To serve: roasted potatoes and rocket salad.
