Rick Stein cotoletta Bolognese with veal Param ham and cheese recipe on Rick Stein’s Long Weekend

Rick Stein served up cotoletta alla Bolognese with veal cutlets, Parma ham and Parmesan cheese on Rick Stein’s Long Weekend.

The ingredients include: flour, eggs, oven dried breadcrumbs, olive oil, Param ham, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, chicken stock and veal cutlet.

To serve: roasted potatoes and rocket salad.
