Gino D’Acampo served up a delicious pear, dolcelatte and mascarpone cheese tart on This Morning.
The ingredients are; 2 conference pears, Plain flour for dusting, 320g shop bought puff pastry, 150g Dolcelatte cheese (room temperature), 150g mascarpone cheese (room temperature), 1 medium egg, lightly beaten, 15g pine nuts, 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, 2 tbsp runny honey and Freshly ground black pepper.
