Brian Turner worked his magic again with another of his turkey recipes on today’s Christmas Kitchen with James Martin.
Brian makes a glazed turkey leg with sweet corn stuffing, ideal for a meal all year round.
To make his stuffing Brian use: vegetable oil, 1 red onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 green pepper, 2 tbsp dry sherry, ½ glass dry white wine, 225g sausage meat, 1 x 280g tin sweetcorn, 2 tbsp chopped parsley and salt and pepper for seasoning.
For the glaze he used: 175g melted butter, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
