James Martin and Judy Murray served up a lasagne with stewing steak and cheese sauce on Saturday Morning with James Martin.
The ingredients are: 1.5 kg stewing steak, diced, 50ml vegetable oil, 2 onion, peeled and diced, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 sticks celery, diced, 1 carrot peeled and diced, 1 leek, diced, 200ml beef stock, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 200ml red wine, 1 bay leaf, 1 small bunch thyme, 2 tbsp tomato puree, Salt and pepper and 10 sheets fresh lasagne.
For the cheese sauce: 1 litre full fat milk, 1 pinch nutmeg, 50g butter, 50g plain flour, 200g grated cheddar, 50g grated parmesan and 1 ball mozzarella torn.
