Juliet Sear served up a ice cream dripping cake in The Great British ‘Fake Off’ on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 round 5” shop bought plain sponge cakes, 2 tubs of vanilla ready made frosting or butter cream (we used Betty Crocker) *If you would like to colour the icing then add a little food colouring, 2 rice krispie marshmallow squares, 1 packet pink candy melts or 2 bars of chocolate of your choice, 1 good quality waffle ice cream cone (ideally use the ones with sharpened/angled edge – not rounded bottoms) and Pretty mixed cake sprinkles.
