Michelin-starred chef Glynn Purnell cooks up a posh dish – pork en croute – ideal for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or perhaps ever day of the year or for a late evening snack on Christmas day.
Glynn’s sausage roll is a delicious mixture of minced pork, spices, apricot and nuts that is baked in pastry and served with braised cabbage with apple and tamarind sauce.
